The devil is in the detail

A wall to floor intersection detail is the most common place that water will pass through if it can. This is important when applying any waterproofing solution but even more so for liquid applied. Therefore a crucial part of the prep work is to ensure all the detailing is identified, repaired and sealed.

Take a look at this image showing a wall-to-floor fillet seal. We have covered this joint with a dense waterproofing mortar repair product leaving a smooth finish that water can no longer penetrate. This concrete structure will now be covered with our liquid applied waterproofing system that will seal these balconies and podium decks and keep them watertight.
